The word Tenebrae is Latin for "shadows" or "darkness." It can also be translated as "night" or "death." The Tenebrae service is an ancient tradition in Christian history that took place on Good Friday. The purpose of this service is to remember the somber events that occurred in Jesus’ life from the exuberant entrance into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday through the night of Jesus’ burial on Good Friday.

Our Easter Egg Hunt is back! Come join us for a day of egg hunts, color run, prizes, hearing the amazing Easter story, snacks, and so much fun! There will be two areas for egg hunts, one for older kids and one for younger kids. Don’t forget to get your picture taken with the Easter bunny as well!! We hope to see you there!
